SESSION ONE: What Was Term One Trying to Tell You?

In this session we make sense of Term One.

Using a guided, structured process, you will work through four key areas of your teaching practice:

- classroom management

- student relationships

- teacher wellbeing

- workload and planning systems

For each area you will identify exactly what to stop, start and continue in Term Two, so you leave with honest, specific clarity rather than a vague sense that things need to change.

You will leave the session with

A completed audit across four key areas of your practice
A personalised plan that tells you exactly where to focus in Term Two
Your single biggest insight from Term One, and a clear first step for what to do about it

SESSION TWO: Your Term Two Game Plan

In In this session we take your completed audit from Session One and turn it into a concrete, prioritised action plan for Term Two.

You will identify your top two focus areas, set specific and achievable actions for each one, and map out a realistic plan for the weeks ahead, built entirely around your own reflection, not a generic checklist.

I will also walk you through the framework I use to support new teachers month by month across their first year, so you can see exactly what staying supported looks like beyond this term break.

You will leave the session with:

A prioritised Term Two action plan built from your own honest reflection
Specific, practical strategies that you can use from Day One of Term Two
A clear picture of how to keep this momentum going for the rest of your first year
